- ReviewQR gives your business a QR code. A customer scans it, gets an AI-written draft review, can change it, and posts it on Google themselves.
- Reviews must come from real customers who are free to edit the draft or walk away. No rewards for reviews, and no picking who gets asked.
- Free includes 1 location. Pro includes up to 25 locations for ₹999 a year, and renews every year until you cancel.
- You are responsible for following Google’s rules. We are not Google, and we cannot promise that any review will be published.
About these Terms
ReviewQR (https://reviews.divyanshshukla.com) is run by Divyansh Shukla, an individual (sole proprietor) based in India (“we”, “us”). These Terms are the agreement between you and us. They apply when you visit the site, sign in or use ReviewQR in any way. If you do not agree to them, please do not use ReviewQR.
Our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
What ReviewQR does
ReviewQR is an online service for businesses. You sign in with Google, add a location using its Google Place ID, and get a QR code to put on your counter. When a customer scans the code, the page asks an AI model to draft a short review in the language you chose. The customer can edit the draft. When they tap the button, the text is copied and Google’s own review screen opens. The customer then posts the review on Google themselves.
We never post anything on Google, for you or for your customers. We also show you simple counts of scans, drafts and taps. ReviewQR is a cloud service delivered online, and its features may change over time.
Review integrity
Google’s policies and Indian consumer-protection law exist to keep reviews honest. ReviewQR is meant to help real customers write a review faster. It must never be used to create reviews that are not genuine. By using ReviewQR you agree that:
- Only real customers. You will offer the QR code only to people who have actually used your business. You will not use ReviewQR for reviews from yourself, your staff, relatives, business partners or competitors, or for a business that is not yours.
- The customer is free. Every customer can edit the draft, replace it with their own words, choose their own rating, or leave without posting anything. You will not require or pressure anyone to leave a review, set review targets for staff, or tell customers what to write or what rating to give. The customer posts on Google themselves. You will not post, or try to post, a review for a customer.
- No rewards. You will not give or promise money, discounts, gifts, free items, entries into a draw or any other benefit in return for a review or a rating, or for changing or removing a review.
- No gating. You will not invite only the customers you expect to be happy, discourage negative reviews, or steer unhappy customers away from Google. The QR code is for every customer.
- Your responsibility. You alone are responsible for following Google’s Maps policies on user-contributed content (including its rules on fake engagement, incentives and review gating) and all applicable Indian laws on consumer protection, advertising and endorsements.
We are not Google
ReviewQR is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.
Google decides what is published
Google can remove or hide reviews, and can warn, restrict or suspend a business listing or an account. We have no control over this. We do not promise that any review will be published, will stay published, or will improve your rating, ranking or sales. You accept that risk.
AI-written drafts
Drafts are written by an AI model. They can be inaccurate, generic, similar to other drafts, or mention things that did not happen. A draft is only a suggestion. Before posting, the customer must read it and change anything that does not match their real experience. We do not check drafts, we do not store them, and we are not responsible for what a customer chooses to post.
Who can use ReviewQR
- You must be at least 18 and able to make a legally binding contract in India.
- ReviewQR is for business use. Only add locations that you own or are authorised to manage.
- If you use ReviewQR for a business, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account only. Keep it secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep your business details true and up to date. Descriptions and highlights should only describe things your business really offers, because they are used to write the drafts.
- Do not share your sign-in with other people.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Plans, price and renewal
- Free: 1 location, no charge.
- Pro: up to 25 locations for ₹999 per year.
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes.
You pay for Pro through Razorpay Subscriptions. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Pro renews automatically every year, and Razorpay charges the payment method you chose, until you cancel. A subscription also has a set maximum number of yearly payments. When the last one has been taken, it ends and does not renew again, and you can subscribe again.
You can cancel at any time in Dashboard > Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for, and it will not renew.
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay tries again for a while and your Pro access carries on in the meantime. If it still fails, Pro ends and your extra locations are paused.
Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may change our prices. A change never affects a year you have already paid for, and we will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
Locations over your plan limit
Each plan has a limit on locations. If you have more locations than your plan allows, for example because Pro ended, the oldest locations stay live up to your limit and the newer ones are paused. Customers who scan a paused location’s QR code see a page saying that reviews are not available. Paused locations are not deleted. They go live again as soon as your plan allows them. You can also delete a location yourself at any time.
Pro arranged with us directly
If you pay us directly instead of through Razorpay (for example by bank transfer), we may switch on Pro for a fixed period that we agree with you. It ends on its end date by itself and does not renew. To keep Pro after that, subscribe in Billing. The Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to these payments too, counted from the day we switch Pro on.
For customers who scan a QR code
You do not need an account. The draft is written by an AI model and is only a suggestion. Read it, change it so that it matches your real visit, and post it only if you want to. You choose the words and the rating, and you post on Google yourself. Please do not use the page to post about a place you have not visited, and do not misuse it (see Acceptable use).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- enter customers’ personal details or confidential information in your business name, description or highlights (these are sent to AI providers to write the drafts);
- enter anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading;
- post, or arrange for others to post, reviews from fake or multiple accounts;
- try to get into other people’s accounts or data, test our security, or interfere with the service, including by getting around rate limits or generating drafts automatically in bulk;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or white-label ReviewQR without our written permission; or
- upload malware or use ReviewQR to send spam.
Your information and our service
You own the information you give us about your business, such as its name, Place ID, category, description, highlights and language. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store it, process it and show it (for example your business name on your public QR page), and to send the relevant parts to our AI providers, only so that we can run ReviewQR for you. We do not claim ownership of your information or of the drafts.
We own ReviewQR, including its software, design, name and logo. While you have an account, you may use it for your own business. You may not transfer that right to anyone else. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Other companies’ services
ReviewQR depends on Google (sign-in and review pages), Razorpay (payments), OpenRouter and the AI model providers behind it (drafts), Cloudflare (network) and our hosting provider. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. We are not responsible for their services, outages or changes.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using ReviewQR at any time: cancel Pro in Billing, delete your locations in your dashboard, and email us to delete your account.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms (especially Review integrity or Acceptable use), if a law, court, authority, Google or Razorpay requires it, or if your use is harming others. We will try to tell you by email first, but we may act straight away when the breach is serious.
If we end your paid Pro plan for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused part of the year you paid for. If we end it because of your breach, no refund is due. When an account ends, its locations stop working and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
ReviewQR is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. We may carry out maintenance, change features or stop the service. If a service we depend on is down, such as an AI model, customers may not get a draft. To the extent the law allows, we give no other promises, including about results such as more reviews, a higher rating or more customers.
Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, goodwill, data, ratings, rankings or reviews, including when Google removes reviews or acts against your listing; and
- our total liability to you for all claims connected with ReviewQR is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
If you cause us a problem
You will compensate us for claims, losses, penalties and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your breach of Google’s policies or of any law (including through fake, incentivised or gated reviews), the information you give us, or the way you use ReviewQR. We will tell you promptly about any claim, and you will reasonably help us deal with it.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any right you have under a law that cannot be waived. Please write to us first. Most problems can be sorted out with a message.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or by a notice in your dashboard before they apply, unless a change is needed sooner to comply with the law or to stop abuse. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using ReviewQR after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, cancel Pro and stop using it.
Other things
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy are the whole agreement between us about ReviewQR. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. We may transfer these Terms to a company or person that takes over ReviewQR (for example if we incorporate), and we will tell you. You may not transfer your account to someone else without our consent. We contact you at the email address linked to your Google account.
